What’s ‘Teleconcierge’?

‘Teleconcierge’ is a qualification of telehealth experts or professionals in healthcare industries certified by JTA.

How you can become a ‘Teleconcierge’?

You have to meet two requirements below for being a ‘Teleconcierge’.

①To become a member of JTA (Membership fee: JPY10,000 /month- excl.tax)

②To enroll in three e-learning programs and to achieve passing scores in final exams for each course.

Course A: Mater of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act
Course B: Master of Medical Practitioners Act
Course C: Master of Wellness Instructor

If you become a ‘Teleconcierge’?

You can further expand your healthcare business opportunity in cooperation with JTA’s affiliate clinics.
The collaboration with the affiliate clinics enables you to take advanced healthcare therapies and practices in accordance with professional advice of MDs based on results from remote diagnoses.

All the ‘Teleconcierge’ will get an official certificate from JTA, that proves its valid linkage and access to affiliate clinics, for ensured telehealth services and advice provided by licensed physicians.
